Complaint

Clients have the right to submit complaints regarding decisions made by PT TSI Sertifikasi Internasional.

You can submit a complaint to PT TSI Sertifikasi Internasional via email complaint@tsicertification.co.id complaints are sent with supporting documents related to certification activities carried out by PT TSI Sertifikasi Internasional.

The complaints team will evaluate and validate the data or information received.

We will convey the results of the complaint decision no later than 20 (twenty) days after receipt of the complaint submission.
