Clients have the right to appeal decisions made by PT TSI Sertifikasi Internasional
Notification of intention to appeal must be made in writing and received by PT TSI Internasional Certification within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the decision.
Please fill in the Appeal Form below and send it to us supported by relevant facts and data for consideration during the Appeal Process.
All requests will be forwarded to the PT TSI Sertifikasi Internasional appeals committee formed by the board of directors. PT TSI Sertifikasi Internasional is required to send evidence to the appeals committee to support its decision.

Any decision from the Certification Body will remain in effect until the outcome of the appeal is decided.

The appeal committee’s decision is final and binding on both the Client and the Certification Body. Once a decision regarding an appeal has been made, no counter-claim by either party to the dispute can be made to amend or change this decision.
In cases where an appeal has been successful a claim may be made against the Certification Body for reimbursement of costs or other losses incurred

If you object to a decision from TSI, for example not approving a certificate for issuance, temporarily freezing a certificate, revoking a certificate, etc., then please send an email to appeal@tsicertification.co.id
