Lead the development of training modules across various ISO standards, including QMS, EMS, OH&S Management Systems, ABMS, ISMS, FSMS/HACCP, EOMS, and sustainability schemes.
Develop and standardize training materials, including training templates, learning paths, and assessment methodologies.
Recruit, develop, and manage internal trainers as well as associate/external trainers.
Develop the commercial strategy for TSI Academy, including pricing strategies, training packages, and participant targets.
Ensure all training content remains aligned with the latest developments in applicable standards, industry requirements, and current auditing practices.
Collaborate closely with the Certification Division and auditors to ensure training materials remain relevant and reflect actual practices and challenges in the field.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, Quality Management, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within Training & Development, Learning & Development (L&D), or a related function.
Experience in the certification, ISO consulting, auditing, or compliance industry is highly preferred.
Proven track record in designing and developing training curricula and modules from the ground up.
Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and developing a team of trainers.
Strong understanding of ISO management system standards, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Strong bilingual communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Experience in establishing a corporate academy, training center, or learning center from the ground up.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Possess a strong professional network of trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the ISO, auditing, and compliance fields.
