  1. Management of impartiality with manages conflict of interest , ensure the confidentiality and independence,
  2. Continual improvement of the management system and its performance, so that it can be enhance customer satisfaction,
  3. Compliance with legal and the accreditation body requirement to anti-bribery inside conduct certification and control of bribery risks as per International Standard
  4. Enhancement of competence personnel which are involved in the certification activity and other employee,
  5. Providing resources hardware and software to support certification activity.

The top management ensures that the policies are understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the certification body’s organization.
